We present a work by Helga_V. This runic stave is designed to gently cleanse the mind of foreign programming and imposed stereotypes, guiding a person back to their own path in life.
📜 M📜 How the Stave Works and Its Composition
🗝 Sowilo — reveals and burns away negative influences, destructive attitudes, other people’s beliefs, and negative patterns and beliefs.
🗝 Ansuz — grants wisdom and awareness, releasing mental shackles. Helps identify manipulators and imposed stereotypes. Enables a clear-headed assessment of oneself and the situation.
🗝 Mannaz — in this combination, it symbolises not the current state, but the “Ideal Self” — the person we aspire to become. Promotes growth, the discovery of true goals, and the development of a person as the master of their own destiny.
🗝 Raidho — keeps the entire process under control. Guides a person onto their true path, helping them make the right decisions and achieve personal goals.
✨ Applications and Special Features
The stave was originally developed to help a teenager through a difficult period of adjustment, but it also produced excellent results when used with adults. Essentially, it provides a gentle cleansing of:
- Imposed antisocial patterns of thinking.
- Complexes, fears, and insecurity instilled by manipulators.
- Psychological blocks that developed after difficult life situations (a breakup, a loss, a crisis).
The purpose of the work: to reconnect a person with their own beliefs, desires, and a balanced sense of self-worth.
Nuances of the Practice: The stave contains no heavy runes; it works gradually and almost imperceptibly. The only “side effect” is that, if the manipulator is someone in the operator’s close circle, the operator may suddenly and firmly cut off contact with that person, as they begin to establish clear boundaries for acceptable behaviour and demand respect for themselves.
